Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AI Steward ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of service

AI Steward provides a platform for managing AI adoption within organizations, including training content, prompt libraries, adoption tracking, and governance tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to store or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all training content, prompt templates, and governance frameworks provided by AI Steward, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use these materials within your organization as permitted by your subscription plan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Steward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data where possible.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
