Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using AI Steward and the AI tools managed through our platform. It applies to all users within your organization who access the Service.

Permitted uses

AI Steward is designed to help organizations:

  • Train employees on responsible AI usage
  • Distribute and manage AI prompt templates
  • Track AI adoption and usage across departments
  • Implement and enforce AI governance policies
  • Measure the ROI and productivity impact of AI adoption

Prohibited uses

You may not use AI Steward to:

  • Store, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Use the platform to facilitate AI activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Share account credentials or provide unauthorized access to the platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the platform in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the Service
  • Create or distribute AI-generated content that is deceptive, defamatory, or harmful

AI-specific guidelines

When using AI tools managed through AI Steward:

  • Follow your organization's AI governance policies as configured in the platform
  • Do not input sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or classified information into AI tools unless specifically authorized by your data handling policies
  • Review AI-generated outputs before using them in business decisions
  • Report any AI tool misuse or policy violations through the platform's reporting features
  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws when using AI tools with personal data

Content guidelines

Custom prompts, training materials, and other content created within AI Steward must comply with applicable laws and must not contain harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Service. We will provide notice before taking enforcement action, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or its users.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@yoursteward.ai.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
